RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Returns and refunds are typically not accepted, however, I will give diligent consideration on a case-by-case basis with credit given towards a future purchase if deemed returnable by me and upon return receipt of the doll. There is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the credit and buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost with required full insurance and priority shipping. Buyer must return doll within 48 hours of receipt and doll must be in the same condition as it was sent; must be packed well as sent and it MUST have been kept absolutely smoke free.
LAYAWAY:
Layaways are considered on a case-by-case basis to be paid in three months and ALL layaway payments are non-refundable.

I warrant my workmanship for years to come and have happy customers all over the world.
Each reborn baby that I make has my personal guarantee that I have used the best, non-toxic products available and the latest up-to-date techniques known. I make my babies to last. I do everything with utmost pride and quality. It is important to me that my customers enjoy their babies and then pass them down for generations to come.
Rest assured that if something does go wrong during normal collectors use, I will do my best to correct the problem. Sometimes, new techniques do not turn out as we all hoped they would in which a warranty is very important. To date, I have had just four dolls come back to me for very minor adjustments. All the babies went home in excellent repair and their "mommies" were very thrilled.
Even though I use high quality products, my Simple Treasures Babies and my Artist Series babies are not meant for young children and my warranty becomes void on those dolls if given to a child. Children are naturally too rough with these precious little ones. I ask that my customers return the doll to me at their expense. I will return the repaired doll back to my customer at my expense.
SHIPPING:
Your baby will be expertly packaged in all new material for the journey home. I ship USPS priority with required insurance and signature confirmation.
International shipping is always welcome. I will abide by all custom rules and am not responsible for the baby once it leaves the United States. Buyer is responsible for all duty/custom fees. I do not ship my reborns as "gifts" as that is illegal. My international shipping feedbacks are excellent with many babies all over the world.
2013 CUSTOMER DRAWING:
As a thank you to my customers, I will be holding a drawing on January 1, 2013. Anyone who purchases a reborn from me in 2012 will be eligible for this drawing. The winner will receive a $600 credit toward the purchase of any size custom order doll to be completed anytime following IDEX 2013.
